Components
A proprietary blend of engineering expertise and premium quality components in every Timken® belt.
Every Timken® belt is developed from the ground up. We manufacture not only the belt but its components to assure that quality is built into every step of the process.
We design belts that can withstand unique challenges and the toughest applications. Our chemists and engineers analyze and create proprietary rubber formulations for ultra-specific applications.
Belts are engineered and built to tight tolerances to ensure reliability and performance in our ISO 9001:2015 certified technical center and manufacturing plants.

We mix our own rubber in our Springfield, Missouri facility. We have more than 3,100 belt constructions including proprietary compounds that increase service life and enhance performance. Cord is treated to tailor its properties for the different belts in which it will be used.
Performance is engineered into every Timken belt.
